By downloading, installing, or using any of my mobile applications (“Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
The Apps provide currency exchange rate information and conversion tools for informational purposes only. Exchange rates are sourced from third-party data providers and may not reflect real-time market rates. The Apps are not a financial advisory service.
Some Apps offer auto-renewing subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may change, but any changes will not affect your current billing period. You will be notified of price changes before your next renewal.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s support channels in accordance with their refund policies.
The Apps may offer both free and premium tiers. Free tier features may be limited. I reserve the right to modify which features are included in each tier.

Currency exchange rates shown in the Apps are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to financial losses based on exchange rate information provided.
All content, design, and code within the Apps are my property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted within the Apps or on this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that I believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
